系統(tǒng)用于絲光機(jī)(堿減量機(jī))堿槽燒堿濃度的控制，避免燒堿濃度過(guò)高或者過(guò)低;過(guò)高后，會(huì)增加水洗難度，導(dǎo)致污水量增加;過(guò)低，棉纖維收縮不均勻，不易滲透，膨化差，對(duì)后續(xù)染色均勻性影響較大。

This machine is designed to check and adjust the Alkali concentration in mercerized finish and Alkali reduction, this can avoid the concentration of Caustic Soda be too high or too low. If the concentration too high, the fabric is different to wash and the dirty water will be increased, if the concentration too low, the fabric leveling will be bad then result in bad dyeing.
